Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL! We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS under any circumstance! However, we will allow exchanges under the terms and conditions stated below:
- We will exchange products for another product of equal value or less or issue a store credit if the product is returned within 3 business days. If the product returned is of greater value than the exchange, we will issue a store credit for the balance.
- For sanitary reasons, we will not accept returns in which the tie seal holding the hair together has been broken, cut or untied.
- Items returned must be found in its original condition and in its original package.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost, fees, etc. Suggest using the USPS and obtain confirmation slip to track packages. We will NOT be held responsible for lost packages.
- We must be in receipt of the returned merchandise before an exchange is made.
- Exceptions: Lace closures and Lace frontals can not be exchanged once the initial order has been placed.
- We reserved the right to refuse an exchange if customer fails to meet any of the terms and conditions stated above.
